J. Stacey Grayson is a mixed media artist whose distinctive, one-of-a-kind creations are presented under the name ArtByJStacey. Drawing on natural talent and self-guided exploration, he crafts thoughtful, relatable, and visually striking works designed to move, uplift, and inspire.

His recent accolades include 2nd Place People’s Choice Award at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center Juneteenth Exhibition for the captivating collage “Naomi” and an Honorable Mention for the dynamic kinetic piece “Before Romie Met Julie” at the South Cobb Arts Alliance 2025 National Juried Exhibition. In August 2025, his work will be featured in the Portraits Exhibition and Publication, opening worldwide August 13–October 13. Starting in September 2025, as one of 120 artists selected out of a pool of 750 entrants, he will see one of his works transformed into a banner for the Midtown Alliance Outdoor Art Gallery Project, which is slated to hang for a year.

Beyond his own studio practice, J. Stacey actively cultivates opportunities for other artists. In November 2024, he was selected to curate the Arts Residency program at 25th Dynasty Live on Main, where he has showcased 11 extraordinary artists—several making their public debut.

Originally from Orangeburg, South Carolina, and now based in Atlanta, Georgia, J. Stacey is committed to continually expanding his creative range. His work spans a variety of media and techniques, embracing experimentation to reflect a deep passion for life.
