Rooted in her Southern California upbringing, Sharon’s artistic path began with childhood memories of sewing doll clothes alongside her mother. Over the years, her love of texture and craft expanded-first into crocheted hats and scarves sold at a local boutique, and later into vibrant mixed media works that pulse with both nostalgia and new energy.

Before fully embracing her art practice, Sharon spent time behind salon chairs and computer screens, working in cosmetology and as a software trainer for courthouse and law enforcement staff. These careers, centered around people and systems, mirror the very themes she now weaves into her work-connection, structure, and transformation.
